Abstract:

The compatibility of the British Mark VII Submarine Escape Immersion Suit SEIS with side egress and tube egress United States Navy escape trunk configurations was evaluated. Egress time with the SEIS was compared to that with the Steinke Hood under conditions of individual and group escape 1, 2, and 3 man teams.
