Abstract:

The paleomagnetic data in the table are given in the order of the geological age of the rocks in question, from younger to older. The left-hand half of the table gives the abbreviations for System and Series, and also a referral to a Stage of the general stratigraphic scale, if there is sufficient basis for this. Also shown are the local stratigraphic Suite to which the formation belongs, and the lithological make-up of the rocks used for the paleomagnetic determination in question. Author
