Abstract:

The directory identifies individuals who are initial points of contact for research and development information, primarily in the Washington metropolitan area, restricted almost entirely to U. S. Government agencies, with emphasis on Department of Defense agencies. It consists of three parts 1 Organizational points of contact, such as departments, agencies, and commands 2 Functional points of contact, such as Freedom of Information, scientists, technical libraries, DDC liaison, information science and 3 Personnel name index, listing alphabetically the names of the persons and giving the organization and function and the Government code telephone number.
