Abstract:

The paper generalizes the results of research work performed at the Computing Center of the Moscow Institute of Power Engineering during the period between 1960 and 1964, concerning the modernization, adjustment, and the development of a mathematical theory of one of the first transistorized medium-power computers designed for scientific-technological computations.
