THIN-FILM TWIN-T OSCILLATOR,
Abstract:
Using HDL-developed deposition techniques, six film twin-T filters were fabricated consisting of alloy film resistors and silicon oxide capacitors. The filters oscillated in the range 1000 to 4400 Hz and displayed temperature coefficients less than 100 ppmdegree C. Fabrication techniques are discussed along with planned changes necessary to meet HDL requirements for small, temperature-stable oscillators. Author
