Abstract:

The report applies three major laws in linear circuit network and structural mechanics to establish analog circuit for shear distribution in frames. Computer for special application to analysis of single-story industrial plant frames has been built it can solve various problems regarding rigid joint and hinged joint frame systems of less than four spans and produce conversion coefficient tables for analysis of hinged frames atop columns. Also discussed are problems in building the computer.
