Abstract:

A job inventory covering the intelligence operations and photo interpretation career ladders was administered to airmen in 15 major air commands. Incumbents of all skill levels completed a background information section, indicated each task performed in their present job and rated on a 7-point scale the relative time spent on those tasks performed. The airmen also indicated on a 7-point scale the source of training for each task performed. Author
