Abstract:

The purpose of the monograph is two-fold 1 to inform the reader of the opportunities and services available to a Government employee interested in obtaining a patent on his invention of the policies and problems involved of the employees rights and his responsibilities to the Government and of the great need for inventive effort within the Government, and particularly within the research and development field and 2 to furnish guidance to a Government employee who desires to patent his invention.
