THE REACTIONS OF POLYAMIDES WITH EPOXY RESINS,

reportActive / Technical Report | Accession Number: AD0684020 | Need Help?

Abstract:

It was found that the interaction of epoxy resins based on bis-phenol A with polyamides in various solvents leads to the formation of a soluble block copolymer. In the absence of a solvent, a block copolymer of a three-dimensional structure is formed. The soluble block copolymer contains reactive functional groups which cause the possibility of its becoming an insoluble and infusible substance. In the interaction of epoxy resins with alcohol-soluble polyamides and dicyandiamide it is possible to obtain a block copolymer film which can be used as adhesive material. Author
