INVESTIGATIONS IN THE PHYSICS OF COARSE-DISPERSED AEROSOLS,
Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the physics of clouds and precipitation -- a new division of atmospheric physics. It describes investigations of the processes of inertial and electrostatic settling of coarse-dispersed aerosol particles onto various obstacles from a stream. Theory is developed as it applies to microphysical properties in clouds, but the results obtained can be used in investigation of processes in other coarse-dispersed aerosols. Author
