Abstract:

The Radar Bright Display Equipment Test Set Group was developed to satisfy the need for a test instrument to be used in the maintenance, alignment, calibration and evaluation of operational Radar Bright Display Equipments. This Test Set Group is divided into two major Test Sets. These are the Radar Bright Display Test Set with Battery Charger and the Radar Servo Calibration Test Set. One Radar Bright Display Equipment Test Set Group breadboard model was tested, delivered and FAA field evaluated. Five experimental models of the Radar Bright Display Test Set and Battery Charger and three experimental models of the Radar Servo Calibration Test Set were tested and delivered.
