METHOD OF HIGH VACUUM PUMPING OUT OF GAS FROM A CHAMBER HAVING ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE,
Abstract:
A description of a method for pumping out gas in a chamber which has atmospheric pressure by means of a system of pumps which assure sequentially a higher vacuum in which the degassing of the sorbent with its reduction is effected by heating. The method is unique in that for the purpose of obtaining a high vacuum without its contamination, the constant pumping out of the gas is accomplished by single-type sorption zeolite pumps. Author
