Abstract:

A remote sight that enables an instructor to visually assess the tracking capabilities of a gunner by using a separate but similar remote sight presentation is described. The sight utilizes a fiber optics bundle and a revolutionary method of image enhancement called, wavelength multiplexing. The resolution of this sight is better than a conventional fiber optics bundle by a factor of two. Author
