MICROELECTRONIC ADP MAINTENANCE STUDY.
Abstract:
The objectives of the study were 1 To determine the state-of-the-art in design of microelectronic ADP equipment. 2 To investigate available and proposed techniques for self-diagnostics. 3 To establish capabilities of self-diagnostics to detect and isolate failures without additional built-in test equipment. 4 To identify those design techniques which will result in a maintainable system. 5 To develop a set of design alternatives which will lead to a maintainable system and which will result in an extremely high availability to the organizational user.
