Abstract:

The Harness, Apron Type, Double Trace, Type 1 does not interfere significantly with breathing, whereas Harness, Man, M-1944, Type 1 may do so. The Tump Line Harness is unsatisfactory for men untrained in its use. Harness traces should be more than 5 feet in length. Pain is produced by harness shoulder straps. Author
