Abstract:

The report contains the results of measurement investigations of the characteristics of test instrumentation which is normally used for fine-grain spectral measurements. Instruments included in this investigation were FSVMs and spectrum analyzers, specifically, the Empire Devices NF-105, Stoddart NM-62A, Polarad SA-84WAW, and Hewlett-Packard 8518551.
