Abstract:

The Unit Cargo Shipping Container tests furnished valuable information leading to revision of the preliminary sketch Code SW-13. These revisions were incorporated in the twenty containers purchased by the Bureau of Supplies and Accounts. The containers can carry loads up to 15,000 lbs., can be securely locked, are weather resistant, and provide protection for fragile materials. Author
