Abstract:

This publication presents surface current and wind data from all available sources. Prevailing currents, resultant set of tidal and wind driven currents, and mean current speed in knots are given. The flow path of the strong and stable Kuroshio is indicated as are the general locations of lesser currents. Wind roses are presented by 5 degrees quadrangles.
