Abstract:

Detailed design parameters and usable hardware for the new cesium beam tubes were generated. Assembly of a prototype beam tube is the next step. Two breadboard primary loops were tested using comparison techniques. Results indicate that spectral purity requires further improvements, which will be a major task next interim. Author
