Abstract:

Work during this period was concentrated on the preproduction phase of the contract. The preproduction samples were fabricated and partially tested, and preliminary data is included. Mechanical alignment problems have been rectified by means of a new alignment and sealing tool. The Inspection and Quality Control Plan, and the Equipment Requirements and Production Rate Plan have been submitted.
