PETROLEUM REFINERY OPERATIONS SCHEDULING. CHAPTER IV. A NAPHTHA REFORMING PROBLEM,
Abstract:
This paper offers a case study in the mathematical methods currently being employed by refinery economics managers. When the analysis is confined to small sections of an integrated operation, the present nomogram techniques appear to be quite adequate. The only disadvantage in relying upon such methods is that they cannot be extended to problems that involve many independent variables.
