GAS-SOLID FLOW.
Abstract:
Studies concern basic aspects of gas-solid suspensions 1 Thermodynamic properties of a gas-solid system, additional irreversibility in momentum transfer, and the meaning of total pressure 2 consideration of rigorous solution of problems of gas-solid flow and application of momentum integral method to laminar boundary layer motion to determine the velocity and concentration distribution of the solid phase with correlation in terms of a gas-solid momentum number, N sub m 3 effect of electric charges on flow over a solid wall and correlation in terms of electric Reynolds number and a new electro-viscous number, N sub ev and 4 effect of solid particles on mixing length of turbulence.
