Abstract:

This report describes the formation of phosphoryl fluorosulfate. It is formed by the reaction of phosphoryl bromide with an excess of peroxydisulfuryl difluoride. POBr3 6S2O6F2 POSO3F3 3BrSO3F3. The products may be separated by vacuum distillation.
