Abstract:

This report contains the operational and technical criteria that are necessary for the development of production specifications for a 35 mm rear view slide projection system. The recommended criteria were derived from experimentation with various types of projection systems. Production models of the system may be used by Air Route Traffic Control Center controllers to select and display the necessary aeronautical information on a screen located in the existing M-1 console mapboard area.
