Abstract:

Pre-production gallium arsenide varactor diodes were tested to specification SCS-128 amendment 2 dated 29 Oct 1963. Two units failed. Analysis indicated certain remedial steps, which have been taken. Process and parts modifications are described and justified. Material and parts are being finalized for pilot production. Author
