Abstract:

This project is composed of four different but related tasks. These are 1 Information Contents of Time Continuous Processes. 2 Visual Pattern Recognition by Moment Invariants. 3 Control and Communication Systems in the Blood. 4 Experiments on the Use of Threshold Logic for Learning Machines. All four are summarized in Part I. A theoretical systematic study of pattern recognition by moment invariants is presented in Part II, and the associated experimental studies are given in Part III. Finally, a brief description of Threshold Logic is appended in Part IV. Author
