SQUEEZE BEARINGS.

This brief preliminary report on the squeeze film effect is presented to convey the most interesting and important results of the effort thus far. A final report on the pure squeeze film experiment the verification of the isothermal solution of the Reynolds equation is under way and will be completed as soon as sufficient experimental data are available.
