Abstract:

Tests were con ucted to determine the suitability of the Observation, Periscopic, Telescope, T-9 for Army use under arctic winter conditions. The test telescope is a periscopic binocular theodolite with selective magnification of 1 or 20 power. It was concluded that the telescope should be suitable for Army use under arctic winter conditions when the deficiencies, and as many of the shortcomings as practicable are corrected. Author
