This report is the first of a number of reports intended to supply the various technical data required in planning the service application of the Naval Torpedo. Graphs and Tables are presented giving the freezing points and densities of sodium permanganate solutions at various concentrations and temperatures, as determined at this Laboratory, no published data being available.
