Title:
Conflict between Personal and Military Values
Report Date:
2007-12-25
Abstract:
If asked to close your eyes and reflect on your personal values would your personal values mirror those of United States Army? The United States Army provides each Soldier with seven values which play a significant part in who we are as Soldiers. The Army values hold a significant place in our military and the performance of our duties. The Army values are the glue that binds us together and they provide good order and discipline within our values based organization. However, conflict can occur between the values we personally hold and those given to us by the United States Army
