Abstract:

In this monograph we will present superior and subordinate views of Junior NCO leadership. Further, we will examine the views of Junior NCOsthemselves concerning their own leadership, the leadership they receive from their superiors and the leadership behavior of their subordinates.In this way we hope to make explicit the terms of the informal contacts which exist between Junior NCOs and their superiors and subordinates.
