Abstract:

This paper discusses asymptotic efficiency of the maximum likelihood estimator of the parameters of the MG1 queueing system for full likelihood and reduced likelihood functions. The efficiency of the maximum likelihood estimator of the reduced likelihood function relative to full likelihood function is derived.
