Abstract:
The guidelines and methodology of Volume III outline the general problems of estimating total future acquistion and ownership costs of joint tactical communications. This appendix provides a methodology, appropriate cost tables, and a set of sample calculations that will enable the cost analyst to calculate the economic cost to DOD of selected types of military personnel. The appendix also provides information for those equations presented in Volume III that require annual or hourly military personnel and training costs.
