Abstract:
The subsystem project plan SSPP was prepared in support of program management and authorization procedures for the Army Wired Garrison effort. It describes the operational, technical and cost features of a testbed system installed at Fort Bliss, Texas. Four alternative system design and implementation strategies are formulated and compared. The Wired Garrison Project was renamed Army Base Information Transfer System ARBITS by the CDRUSACC, Fort Huachuca, Arizona on 6 May 1975.
