Title:
Senior Non Commissioned Officers Incentive Pay
Corporate Author:
ARMY SERGEANTS MAJOR ACADEMY FORT BLISS TX FORT BLISS United States
Report Date:
2007-01-03
Abstract:
Throughout my military career, the main thing that has justified me staying in, is the service I am giving to our country. Having witnessed many new recruits being offered the incentives available today, I must admit that I get a little discouraged. What or who determines the worth of a soldier With each and everyone of us devoted to the same purpose, why shouldnt incentives be applied across the board Time already served should be as important as time new recruits are committing to serve. Incentives shouldnt only be viewed as a means to recruit, but also as a way to retain the good, experienced soldiers already enlisted.
