Abstract:
This report discusses the problem that lower graded military personnel with dependents have in obtaining suitable community housing. Lowest graded personnel are not eligible for onbase housing even though they can least afford to live in the community, and the objective of the Department of Defenses Family Housing Program is to assure that military personnel with dependents are suitably housed.
