Abstract:
It is the purpose of this project to optimize adaptability and mitigate teamwork-related threats to patient safety by addressing key methodological and conceptual gaps in healthcare simulation-based team training. The investigators are developing the necessary conceptual framework and team performance assessment mechanisms to support training systems that improve adaptability and performance in trauma teams.
