Abstract:
The aim of the project was to develop and validate Dengue virus DENV VLP based vaccines for the elicitation of broadly reactive immune responses. This approach built on expertise and tools already developed by the members of the University of Pittsburghs Center for Vaccine Research for Emerging Diseases and Biodefense.
