Abstract:
The Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies APCSS is a Department of Defense regional study, conference, and research center established in Honolulu, Hawaii, on September 4, 1995. The Center staff and faculty of 127, including civilians, multi-service active duty military and contract workers, support the U.S. Pacific Command PACOM and complements PACOMs theater security cooperation strategy of maintaining positive security relationships with nations in the Asia-Pacific region.
