Abstract:
To assist ABMDA in evaluating and determining feasibility of proposed direct hit ABM systems, it is recommended that a study be undertaken to determine requirements for direct-hit guidance systems. Such a study would be an important beginning for a non-nuclear ABM feasibility study.
