Abstract:
This study report is presented in two volumes. The data required for the detailed analysis of Volume I is presented in this volume. This volume includes a glossary of terms and the appendices to the report. The appendices include additional detail relating to some phases of the study, including complete documentation of tests, surveys and trade-offs made during the study. Also included are copies of the computer printouts resulting from the data flow analysis.
