Abstract:
This report covers the work which was performed during the 1971-1972 contract year for the Office of Naval Research, Naval Electronics Systems Command, and the Rome Air Development Center. The report covers a wide range of research, all in abstract form accordingly, it is concise. The objective of each section of this report is to improve the performance of a CDAA system, or to correct for errors caused by ionospheric irregularities with major consideration given to the cost of instrumentation in the operational system.
