Corporate Author:

Report Date:

Abstract:
An engineering development model dry-process photorecorder designed and constructed at NELC. The equipment can produce transparent output copy with up to 500 line pairs per inch in resolution at low writing rates. At writing rates of 500 inches per second the resolution is approximately 250 line pairs per inch. It is capable of outputting a picture with shades of gray on either transparency or opaque copy readily adjusts to low resolution if inherent high resolution is not desired and operates on a continuous basis so that the film is developed without first being held in temporary storage. The simple heat-bar configuration produces adequate means for development. Author
