Establishment of Cooling Air Requirements for Navigational Set TACAN AN/ARN-52(V).

Required cooling airflow versus inlet air temperature curves ambient temperature and altitude as parameters were established for the TACAN ANARN-52V equipment. A static pressure drop versus airflow rate curve was determined. Equipment thermal design features are discussed and cooling blower sizing and selection procedures are included. Author
