Abstract:
This Engineering Test Procedure describes test methods and techniques for evaluating the technical performance and characteristics of Portable Flamethrowers and for determining their suitability to be subjected to test for service use in the U.S. Army. The evaluation is related to criteria expressed in applicable Qualitative Materiel Requirements QMR, Small Development Requirements SDR, Technical Characteristics TC, or other appropriate design requirements and specifications.
