Abstract:

This supplemental volume describes the results of back-to-back tests carried out using the millimeter wave equipment, and presents newly-measured propagation data. Calculations using a slow and flat assumption regarding fading show that fading can be considered to be the main factor degrading link performance and that its effect will often be negligible. The volume includes recommendations regarding further investigations of millimeter wave frequency bands. Author
