Abstract:
The Final Technical Report reviews work previously reported in Interim Technical Reports 1 through 5, and reflects the work accomplished during the sixth quarter toward completion of the study. The complete report consists of Volumes I through V, and one separately bound Appendix. This volume, Volume I, Summary, contains an Introduction and Program Summary in Chapter 1 and summaries of the major task groups work corresponding to Volumes II through V in the remaining chapters. The problem addressed by this study was the development of a methodology which would assess the effectiveness and determine life-cycle costs of alternative MALLARD systems. Author
