Abstract:
The report covers the high power testing of two Ferrite Gas Duplexers to date. The first unit was constructed with a Beryllium Oxide Loaded Epoxy and was run up to 60 Kw average before failure. The second unit, constructed with a Hysol Epoxy, was operated up to 100 Kw before severe arcing terminated the test. One unit has been reconstructed using a more elastic epoxy as the bonding material and has been submitted for test. Author
