Title:

Corporate Author:

Report Date:

Abstract:
At present levels of satellite population 17 or 25 of the random military communications satellite system, the imposition of a priority system on one competing communications link by another reduces the effective satellite population by three to four satellites for the second priority communications link. The present fair communications link availability for multiple hopping from the farside of the earth with the present satellite population and ground terminals can be improved by an alternate route running in the other direction around the earth.
