Abstract:
The structural relationship of air-annealed samples of Terbium oxide-Yttrium oxide and Terbium oxide-Erbium oxide systems are discussed. The investigation of crystal structure and lattice dimensions were considered primarily. The analytical investigation of the disposable oxygen is also a principal part of this work. The authors make an attempt to explain the anomaly of the lattice constants of the two systems as a function of the terbium oxide content. The methods of experimental work carried out in this investigation are given. Author
